Turkey Day
It snowed tonight!!! Betsy and I were freezing! I don't think I was ready for snow yet though. Autumn goes by too quickly. I think it's cause I'm still thinking about summer while autumn is happening.
Anyway... this has gotta be short n' sweet because I hafta go pack.
Tomorrow is Thanksgiving and I love Thanksgiving!!!! I leave tomorrow at 7 am and don't return till Sunday afternoon. I get to see like allll my family and all in the same weekend... I don't think that has ever happened.
So Happy Thanksgiving!!! i'm thankful.... for my friends. what are you thankful for?
I had never felt colder...
This past summer at work, if it was a really hot day that day, you would always want to be the one that went to get the cookie sandwiches or the choco tacos because then you would be able to go in the walk-in freezer for at least a couple seconds and cool off. It's tough just having fans and no AC!
At first, it was just refreshingly cold, but after a few seconds I had never felt colder. Being in the freezer brought mixed feelings. It was just such a drastic change from being so hot to freezing!
And then there were the people who, when it wasn't even hot outside, just happened to be a boring day when we had nothing to do, would go in the freezer. and stay. for long periods of time. even timing to see who could stay in the longest (i personally never participated). then they (particularly jon) would come out all red and frost bitten. (it looked like it anyway... and their skin would stay cold for like ever).
well those are my thoughts... the end...

uh-oh
ahh i forgot to turn in a sheet sayin I did my extra credit!!! My cupcake story went to waste :-(
on a secondary thought.... in drama class we finished watching the movie "Hamlet" (the one with a young mel gibson) on wednesday or somethin and i have one word to describe it: DEPRESSING!
The evidence was undeniable...
The evidence was undeniable. There, in the corner, sat the fat kid in the middle of digesting MY cupcake. I stared at him with utter disbelief. As he realized I was standing there gawking at him, he slowly lowered down the last bite he was about to engulf.
"Uhh.... Here! um.. do you want it back?" he stuttered.
Dumbfounded, I slowly shook my head no. I could not even speak. I just stood there wide-eyed. I knew it was him all along. I had seen him eye the delicacy as it was placed on my desk; yes, that's right MY desk, and it had MY name inscribed on it in icing!
"Well I hope you enjoyed it," said I.
And with that I simply walked away.
Lesson Learned: Never leave your cupcake unattended.
